MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

An urban oasis set on former Navy land, this waterside restaurant has a strong connection to nature. Ingredients are organic and they have their own composting machine. Their considered and holistic approach sees unusual seasonal ingredients showcased in creative, complex dishes with vivid natural flavours. The test kitchen is one of the most advanced in the world.
