MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A spacious, simply decorated restaurant in the vaults of an eye-catching 17C building close to Nyhavn harbour; owned and run by a chef and an experienced sommelier. Skilful, well-judged and, at times, playful cooking has a Danish heart and shows great originality, as well as a keen eye for detail, flavour and texture.
