The Saratoga Supper Club Ups the Ante on Everyday Dining

The haute water purveyor celebrates culinary innovation with a series of dinners.

Waterford crystal, MICHELIN menus, and Saratoga still and sparkling water. These are just three components comprising the elegant and elevated experience of the Saratoga Supper Club. Kicking off in early December, the Supper Club highlighted distinct flavor profiles from across the United States augmented by the fresh and crisp water pairings.

Below, take a peek inside the series and discover a unique world where gastronomy, hospitality, and style converge.

Starting at Miami MICHELIN One Star Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, the Saratoga Supper Club kicked off with a brilliant and flavorful start. Taking refuge from the hustle and bustle of Collins Avenue, diners were treated to a modern fine dining experience punctuated with classically French touches including caviar and petit fours. The evening celebrated the refined approach Chef Brandt and his team employ while allowing the rich flavors to shine.

Following up their first dinner, the Supper Club migrated north bringing the chefs from MICHELIN Two Star The Modern to Amar located within the MICHELIN Two Key Raffles Boston. The scene- stealing views were complemented by the equally eye-catching menu conceived by Amar's George Mendes and The Modern's Thomas Allen. A masterful collaboration of contemporary cuisine, the chefs brought their unique vision and bold tastes with a fun and creative approach to plating.

Continuing the east coast trend, the series started 2025 in Tribeca at MICHELIN One Star and Green Star One White Street. Already a favorite with the MICHELIN Inspectors for clever flavor profiles, Saratoga Supper Club diners were treated to a multi-sensory tasting experience. The setting, a 19th century townhouse once frequented by John Lennon and Yoko Ono, acted as the ideal backdrop for the delicate, yet gorgeous dishes.

Keeping the cool vibes going was on the menu at Chicago One Star Esmé where the Club closed out January. Sprinkled amongst the refined bites were the restaurant's typical rotating gallery of pieces from their artists in residence. A unique proposition, Esmé's owners welcome local and emerging artists to highlight their pieces alongside a new menu.

However, after a seemingly endless winter, Saratoga Supper Club diners (finally) got to migrate to the west coast and warmer climates for the final stop: MICHELIN One Star Camphor in Los Angeles. The Alain Ducasse-trained chefs helming the kitchen brought their signature, Californian with a twist to the dinner experience leaving guests stimulated by the elevated whimsy each dish possessed.
