MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This is the second Taiwanese outpost of its namesake in Japan, famous for its Western chef table experience delivered with teppanyaki techniques. There is no à la carte and the two prix-fixe menus change according to the seasons and availability. Signatures include steamed abalone with rock salt, garlic fried rice, and Wagyu beef exclusively from Tamura farm. Round it all off with moist chiffon cake in the comfy lounge with its expansive views.
