The three sisters who run the place are very specific about their cooking. The flavoursome broth is made with beef bones and meat, Chinese herbs, scallion, garlic and a secret fruit that lends a subtle sweetness. The signature beef noodle soup uses only local beef for its unrivalled meaty flavour. Equally addictive is their jinbing – a fluffy pancake made to order with beef or pork wrapped inside. Don’t miss their marinated food either.
