From new Bib Gourmand eateries to the coveted MICHELIN Stars 2020, Thailand’s best restaurants will be revealed and celebrated in the morning at the star-studded press conference. Following the media gathering, guests and VIPs will be treated in the evening to a five-course gastronomic experience exclusively prepared by an impressive line-up of local Chefs. Together, we will take you on an unforgettable Thai epicurean journey.
For the very first time, this year’s MICHELIN Star Revelation Thailand 2020 will aim to be a “Zero Food Waste to the Landfill” event.

The North’s Natural Bounty
The five-course gala dinner at the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2020 launch will be presented by a prominent Chefs line-up who will be crafting authentic dishes inspired by the natural abundance of the North. A selection of fresh ingredients foraged from the hills and fields will be the stars of these innovative dishes that will embody the essence of the Northern region - or Lanna - “The Land of a Million Fields”.
