Headlining this gourmet line-up are three and two-Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon Restaurant and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon respectively. On the menu at the former: Shaved black truffle and potatoes with foie gras carpaccio and a classic beef chateaubriand with foie gras. At L’Atelier, diners are immersed in an interactive dining experience with servers turning out smoked bacon jelly and black truffle, as well as roasted turbot with celeriac scales.
Building up the festive cheer is CURATE, with a special Alpine menu created by chef de cuisine Benjamin Halat. Think pig’s trotters with a beer glaze and a ‘Simmentaler’ beef tenderloin. Meanwhile, at Fratelli, ring in a white Christmas with pasta and a traditional bagna cauda sauce, as well as a foie gras ‘tartufino’.
