June 18 could just be dad’s best celebration yet with sumptuous meals in these six restaurants.

They say a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach and what better way to celebrate Father’s Day than with a feast featuring some of the best ingredients whipped into truly tasty dishes.

Come Sunday June 18, the stellar line up of restaurants at Resorts World Sentosa will have you sorted. Whether dad is a big fan of hearty Italian meals, refined Chinese cuisine or a health junkie, this hot dining spot will have a delicious affair waiting in store. Here’s what to look out for.

For a Michelin-starred restaurant experience: Forest 森
Nothing spells a treat quite like a meal at a Michelin-starred restaurant and Forest is the perfect place for the occasion. Here, traditional Chinese fare is given a modern spin so the flavours will be familiar even if the plating is contemporary. Treat dad (and yourself) to the restaurant’s five course offering which includes healthful numbers like the double-boiled ginseng black chicken soup with fish maw and fresh cordyceps flower as well as the succulent deep fried lobster served with a good dollop of homemade cheese and garlic sauce.

For a soulful Italian meal: Fratelli
Italian classics are a perennial favourite and Fratelli does not disappoint as it is helmed by renowned chef brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea from the second generation, family-run three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Lombardy, Italy. Come Sunday, the restaurant will be whipping up a four course menu featuring well-loved dishes like burrata served simply with vine ripened cherry tomatoes and risotto made from carnaroli rice with pork sausages and ratte potatoes cooked in Guinness beer. It’s not quite a man's meal without a good serving of meat and and its resident Chef Davide Bizzarri will be grilling up Kagoshima A3 Wagyu Sirloin with roasted kipfler potatoes and sautéed forest mushrooms jazzed up with the gentle spice of black pepper sauce.

To fascinate the kids: Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora
If your family includes the little ones in tow, Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora is guaranteed to thrill for its stunning views of over 40,000 sea creatures. Food-wise expect a stellar line up of dishes that range from seared duck foie gras that comes with an interesting flavour pairing of cocoa nibs as well as crispy skin suckling pig with Japanese sweet potato, orange puree and tamarind reduction.

For Healthy Indulgence: Tangerine
Those looking for healthier options will not be left out of the cold either as Tangerine is throwing its weight behind dad’s dietary needs with a refreshing five course meal that’s as nourishing as it is satiating. The experience starts off with a light tiger prawn salad with citrus fruits drizzled with a sweet honey dressing, moves on to a free range chicken roulade with confit mushrooms, brown onion mousse, asparagus and truffle sauce. The night comes to a sweet end with a study of texture by way of a smooth coconut panna cotta with soft sweet potatoes, crunchy water chestnuts and chewy sago.

For classic moments: Feng Shui Inn
You can’t go wrong with Cantonese flavours and Feng Shui Inn gets it just right with no less than six courses for a real treat. Savour the roasted quail drumstick in black truffle sauce accompanied with diced sea cucumber and light options like the double-boiled fish maw with Chinese ginseng and pork soup. The meal comes to a close with a palate pleasing double-boiled almond cream with peach gum served alongside longevity buns for a classic touch.

For A No Holds Barred Meal: Sessions
RWS’s latest restaurant is by no means missing out on the action and could just be dad’s favourite option, especially if he’s a fan of buffets. Tuck in to a mouthwatering selection of fresh seafood from juicy black mussels to the Alaskan king crab as well as options like Melton sea-salt Beef Rib Eye and German pork knuckles – guaranteed to keep even the most carnivorous of appetites satisfied. If dad’s one who can’t live without local flavours, there will be chilli crab with mantou for him to mop up the spicy-sweet gravy, stir fried cereal prawns and Cantonese-style roast duck.

18 June 2017, 12.00pm – 2.30pm at $88++ per adult, and $44++ per child.
