Where to head for a seafood feast this summer

We are lucky enough to live somewhere surrounded by the sea, meaning that not only do we have access to an abundance of fresh, sustainable fish and shellfish, we also have plenty of chefs who know how they need to be cooked.

From beachside bistros to city hotspots, there are many seafood restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland; we have rounded up some of the best, including those with a Michelin Star.
