Though its name means purple and gold, this cosy dining room is clad in orange hand-embroidered fabric with a bird theme. The menu sees a good mix of Cantonese classics and bold creations, thanks to the head chef’s experience around the world. The must-try goldfish shrimp dumplings taste as good as they look. Seared Australian scallops with kale stems in XO sauce exhibit exceptional wok hei. Oenophiles should check out the spectacular wine cellar.
