This historic courtyard house was remodelled in 2013 to house this atmospheric, expansive restaurant. Likewise, traditional Beijing dishes are given a modern and eclectic remake. Peking duck is served three ways that entail caviar and black truffle, or carved into 108 slices the traditional way, boasting crispy skin and juicy flesh. Signatures like sea cucumber with Peking style pork sauce, and the seasonal claypot rice with crabmeat and crab roe are also phenomenal.
