In other three-star news, the celebrity chef’s flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay retains its ranking despite the departure of chef patron Clare Smyth. Claude Bosi’s Bibendum—named after the Guide’s white mascot and situated in the ‘Michelin House’—leaps right it into the Red book with two stars.
In Scotland, Loch Bay is the only new entrant with one star while Wild Honey Inn in Ireland takes the honour of being the first pub to win a Michelin star.
