This year, there were eight new entrants in the one Michelin star category, while no new additions were made to the two and three star selection.
Chefs and industry professionals gathered at the City of Dreams in Macau to celebrate in style, with refreshments by GH Mumm, Martell, Nespresso, Tiger Beer, Badoit and Evian water.
Cooking specially for the evening were chefs Alain Ducasse, Tam Kwok Fung, Fabrice Vulin, Hidemichi Seki, Kwong Wai Keung, Noah Sandoval and HK celebrity Nicholas Tse.
