The main ingredients of the new menu is the Dutch white asparagus, Dutch veal and strawberries.
"Spring is the only season which allows us to consume white asparagus, strawberries and veal.
"Only during this season are products available from organic micro farms, where the everything is produced with care. Through the whole menu you will have a taste of Dutch Spring and it's specific ingredients." said Chef-Owner of Savelberg @ The Oriental Residence Bangkok, Henk Savelberg.
