There are three distinct areas to this smart and sumptuously decorated Cantonese restaurant, with each one serving its own speciality. In the Pantry you’ll find dim sum; it’s claypot classics in the Lantern; and the Imperial for sophisticated and classic Cantonese cooking which is overseen by a chef with many years’ experience in Hong Kong. The private dining rooms are very impressive, as is the wine list.
