Opposite the sea and the ochre-coloured rocks of Esterel and looking down on the beach and port of La Figueirette, this restaurant was founded in the 1950s by a local fisherman. It has been happily taken over by Jérôme Cervera, former fishmonger. The chef whips up à la carte flawlessly fresh seafood and carefully crafted dishes, illustrated by roast loin of gilt-head bream with shrimps, paella-style stock and chorizo. The lunch and evening menus feature à la carte dishes, served alfresco or in the pretty dining room with a sea view.
