Head chef and namesake Dario Breuer offers modern, creative dishes that are pleasantly minimalist and clearly structured. The "&" in the name intentionally leaves plenty of room for interpretation, because everyone should feel they are at the right address here, regardless of whether you like it casual or ambitious, whether you are coming to eat with friends or colleagues, whether you want to savour a meal or perhaps just pop in for a glass of wine. True to the motto "casual fine dining". The menu includes dishes such as "cod, fennel, parsley, tapioca, noilly prat" or "entrecôte, horny potato, truffle mayo, shiitake" - à la carte or as a "tasting menu". The wine list is also impressive with over 230 items, including big names as well as new discoveries and a champagne section.
