Bistro is housed in Parkhotel Quellenhof, the flagship of Aachen's hotel scene – the marble lobby and the fireplace and tearoom with its exquisite wood panelling are well worth seeing. Classic cuisine with Mediterranean influences is served in a stylish, minimalist-style dining space. The appealing evening menu features dishes such as Black Angus beef tartare with brioche, lobster foam soup with lobster ravioli and tarragon, and Wiener schnitzel with potato and cucumber salad, as well as vegetarian options. There is a smaller selection of dishes available at lunchtime and a snack menu in the afternoon. The terrace overlooking the park is a delightful spot.
