The opulent Plëss brasserie is just as elegant as the swish Place d’Armes Hotel in which it is housed. A quick glance at the menu will reveal that rotisserie and carvery dishes feature prominently in the classic lineup. The veal cutlet is grilled to perfection and flanked by a punchy gravy.
