Soybeans are at the core of the menu, taking the forms of bean sauce, tofu skin, soymilk, and fermented beans, whose textures complement other ingredients in each dish well. I participate in many charitable activities on sustainability which includes a food bank project that redistribute surplus food from retailers, distributors and manufacturers to people in need. "
