Despite its location in the city’s outskirts, there’s no stopping food lovers from travelling from afar. The signature dish—wild-caught giant fish head is freshly slaughtered, topped with five different chillies and steamed to perfection. The fish is silky and the heat and aromas well-layered. Pork rib soup with Honghu lotus root is flavoursome and unforgettable. Reservations are recommended, especially if you fancy one of the 20 private rooms.
