See the New York City guide

March. The end of Winter and the beginning of Spring. Depending on where you're from, this is probably the only time of the year where you'll see someone wearing shorts and the next person a winter jacket—no one does March quite like the Big Apple.

There is something different for everyone—everything from collaborations and transformations to special menus. That's why we're rounding up some of the most exciting and delicious offers in (and around) New York City—so you don’t have to.

So, clear your schedule because these are the MICHELIN Guide spots to visit this month.

One MICHELIN Star Corima’s Circle of Sharing Pop-Up Series

On Tuesday, March 4th, MICHELIN One Star Corima will host Chef Johnny Spero of One MICHELIN Star Reverie for a special tasting menu. This collaboration marks the first time that the two chefs will cook together. The eleven-course menu ($180) will celebrate each chef’s distinct culinary style, with an emphasis on bold and seasonal flavors.

Tamarind’s special rotating regional Indian lunches

Available through 3/9, Tamarind in Tribeca will offer guests a $36 Punjabi lunch menu. Inspired by Chef-Owner Avtar Walia's upbringing, the prix-fixe menu (appetizer, two entrees, jeera rice, garlic naan, vegetable of the day, and dessert) will feature dishes like Amritsari Machali (seasonal fish marinated in carom seeds, mustard, olive oil finished in the tandoor) and Punjabi Gosht (lamb cooked in onion, tomato, and yogurt).

L’abeille à Côté’s new menu features elevated yet playful Japanese comfort food

Shifting away from their original prix-fixe menu, L’abeille à Côté will now instead feature an exclusive a la carte menu. Courtesy of Chef Mitsunobu Nagae, guests can expect refined dishes inspired by Japanese comfort food, like yakitori skewers, bone-in tonkatsu, and matcha "Tiramitsu.”

MICHELIN One Star L’Abeille’s seasonal French-Japanese tasting menus and “Chef in Residence” series

Equipped with two brand new seasonal tasting menus, One MICHELIN Star L’Abeille is ready to take guests on a delicious culinary journey.

Both menus feature creative dishes inspired by traditional Japanese dishes and chef Mitsunobu Nagae’s background in French dining, but the menu signature (8-9 courses) will focus on evolved and expanded courses, while the condensed experience the menu Petit Abeille (4-5 courses) offers will be perfect to those new to fine dining.

l’abeille’s 12th iteration in their Chef in Residence series on 3/20 also makes the launch of the 2022 vintage of Château d’Yquem. In celebration of the release, Chef Mitsunobu Nagae will partner with Guillaume Galliot of MICHELIN Three Star Caprice in Hong Kong for an 8-course collaborative tasting menu with signature dishes from both chefs along with wine pairings by Pamela Walton, Beverage Director of L’Abeille.
