Hong Kong's one-Michelin-starred eatery Kam's Roast to open on November 19 at Pacific Plaza.

Hot on the heels of one-star openings like Tsuta and Hawker Chan's comes Kam's Roast - the first global offshoot of one-Michelin-starred roast meat restaurant Kam's Roast Goose that hails from Hong Kong.

On 19 November, the eatery will be raising its shutters at Pacific Plaza serving up its signature dishes like roast duck and suckling pig.
