The MICHELIN Guide unveils Busan’s inaugural selection listing 3 one MICHELIN Star and 15 Bib Gourmand & 22 new additions to the 2024 MICHELIN Guide Seoul edition

The 2024 Seoul edition features 57 Seoul Bib Gourmand restaurants were announced last week, including 6 new additions, while the inaugural 2024 Busan edition features 15 Bib Gourmand restaurants.

The 2024 MICHELIN Guide Thailand showcases a total of 447 food establishments: 7 two MICHELIN Stars, 28 one MICHELIN Star, 196 Bib Gourmand, and 216 MICHELIN Selected venues.

The Guide's second edition sees Erth join the 3 other restaurants recognised with One Michelin Star

The list features a total of 196 budget-friendly eateries in Thailand, with 32 New Entries, consisting of 28 brand new additions to the Guide, and 4 moving from the MICHELIN selected category.

Today, we present a list of nine restaurants that will be joining our Tokyo Selection.

Restaurant Harutaka is newly awarded Three MICHELIN Stars. One restaurant newly receives Two MICHELIN Stars, and 16 restaurants are recognised with One MICHELIN Star. The MICHELIN Green Star highlights the sustainable commitment of one new establishment. Two Special Awards are presented: the MICHELIN Mentor Chef and the MICHELIN Service Award.

15 restaurants are awarded or promoted to One, Two, or Three MICHELIN Stars; a total of 95 restaurants are recognised with MICHELIN Stars, with 78 in Hong Kong and 17 in Macau; and the sustainable commitment of one new restaurant is also highlighted with the MICHELIN Green Star.

Among these, 41 restaurants have been newly awarded by MICHELIN inspectors, receiving either Two MICHELIN Stars, One MICHELIN Star or a Bib Gourmand.
