Felipe’s traditional Italian-style cooking adopts a modern touch here and features a wide choice of pastas, pizzas, meat and seafood... in portions that can easily be shared. One starter that is an absolute must is the ravioli filled with crab, ricotta and a yolk that simply falls apart when sliced, all of which is then topped with a butter, sage and a freshly grated pecorino cheese sauce.
