Technique, flavour, fusion and connectivity are the words that come to mind when you walk into this restaurant. Here, Brazilian chef Paulo César works with Oriental techniques and fresh ingredients that create maximum flavour for the palate. His cuisine is showcased on an à la carte and two tasting menus: Chef’s Experience (that makes full use of seasonal ingredients) and the Tokkotai experience (a selection of the chef’s favourite dishes). The delightful cocktails here are veritable works of art!
