Julia Komp invites you to embark on an exciting culinary voyage around the world. Inspired by her own travels, she brings flavours from countries such as Iran, China, Bolivia and Turkey to the table in a wide variety of interpretations. Her enticing set menu is available in six or seven elegant and harmonious courses that are seasoned precisely with spices from around the globe. Dishes such as "Seafood Markt" offer a vivid impression of Thailand's rich spectrum of flavours. And the little khachapuri served up front as a "greeting from Georgia" feels wonderfully authentic.
