Opposite Boulingrin covered market (a listed monument), this restaurant is housed in an elegant 1920s Art Deco edifice. The majority of the staff employed in this social inclusion project, from the kitchen to the front-of-house, is neurodivergent; they are managed by a seasoned duo. In a minimalist, contemporary setting, you can dip into a well-crafted modern menu: carpaccio of squid, Soissons beans and piccalilli sauce; Atlantic cod, creamy sweetcorn and leeks rolled in bacon; Grand Marnier soufflé with a runny heart of citrus fruit and bloody orange sorbet.
