We are delighted to announce that the new restaurant selection for the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2023 will be unveiled at a launch event held at the iconic Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire, on Monday 27th March.
Following two years of digital-only events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to be able to once again host a physical gathering and celebrate with Great Britain and Ireland's chefs and hospitality professionals in person.
In addition to the coveted Michelin Stars and Michelin Green Stars, other Special Awards covering a variety of categories will be announced.

In order to give everyone the chance to discover the news at the same time as the MICHELIN Guide’s invitees, the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2023 launch ceremony will be broadcast live via the MICHELIN Guide YouTube channel.
