We are delighted to announce that the restaurant selection for The MICHELIN Great Britain & Ireland 2026 will be unveiled on Monday 9th February in Dublin. This will be the first time Ireland has hosted the event, with the Convention Centre Dublin acting as the venue for the prestigious MICHELIN Guide Ceremony. The event will take place in partnership with La Rousse Foods.
The Ceremony will be another fitting celebration of our exceptional chefs and restaurateurs, with the announcement of not just the MICHELIN Stars but also the Bib Gourmands for great value dining, plus a selection of Special Awards recognising outstanding individuals and teams in hospitality.

The Great Britain & Ireland Ceremony 2026 will be broadcast on the evening of Monday 9th February, live via The MICHELIN Guide’s YouTube channel, allowing everyone to share in the excitement of the event. Following the Ceremony, the new restaurant selection will be available on The MICHEIN Guide’s website and app.
The restaurant selection for Great Britain & Ireland will join The MICHELIN Guide’s hotel selection, with the latest MICHELIN Keys for unique and exciting places to stay having been recently announced in Paris.
