Inside the charming Hotel Can Ferrereta (awarded two MICHELIN Keys) sits Ocre, a restaurant which tastefully combines Mallorcan aesthetics with a contemporary rustic design. In summer, the experience moves to the Mallorcan patio, an ideal place to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars. The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is based on honest cooking that respects the ingredients. The chefs at the helm, Àlvar Albaladejo and Carlos García, strive to highlight the quality of the seasonal ingredients, meticulously selected from the best local suppliers, in each dish. Coinciding with the Santanyí weekly market, on Saturdays a special lunchtime menu (Menú de mercado) is dedicated to ingredients puchased there.
