Make Amber your destination this Valentine’s Day if you want to celebrate with exceptional vegetarian dishes in a fine dining setting. Led by Chef Richard Ekkebus, this contemporary French restaurant offers a four-course vegetarian lunch menu (HKD 1,498 per person) and six-course and eight-course vegetarian dinner menus (HKD 2,998 and HKD 4,598 per person, respectively), available exclusively on 14 February 2025.

Vegetarian highlights include Black Trumpet Mushroom with Périgord Black Winter Truffle and Vin Jaune, 1-Year Aged Acquerello Carnaroli Rice with Lacto-Fermented Cashew Nut Butter, and Amao Strawberry with Rose Water and Double-enriched Soy. Non-vegetarian menus are also available at the same prices, featuring signature dishes such as Aka Uni with Cauliflower and Lobster. The options ensure couples can enjoy a dining experience that suits their preferences.

Led by Chef Lau Yiu Fai, Lai Ching Heen will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a specially curated seven-course menu (HKD 1,888 per person, minimum of two guests) designed for couples who appreciate the finest Cantonese cuisine.

Available only on 14 February 2025, the experience begins with a nourishing serving of Double-Boiled Fish Maw in Supreme Broth, followed by dishes crafted with luxurious ingredients such as Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Yunnan Ham and Stewed Shrimp Roe Egg Noodles with Whole Abalone and Shredded Fish Maw. For dessert, the chef has prepared Pistachio Milk Pudding and Chilled Mango Pudding to conclude the meal on a sweet note.

While the menu includes a complimentary glass of Champagne, guests are invited to further elevate their celebration with a wine pairing experience (HKD 580 per person for four glasses, HKD 700 per person for five glasses).

On 14 February 2025, Chef Olivier Elzer and his team will delight guests with a four-course Valentine’s lunch menu (HKD 1,988 per person), as well as five-course (HKD 2,288 per person) and seven-course (HKD 3,288 per person) Valentine’s dinner menus. Exquisite creations include Line-Caught Kinmedai cooked on the bone and Charcoal Grilled Wagyu with Black Truffle and Périgord Sauce, while sweet creations such as Olive Oil Parfait Glacier with Grapefruit Marmalade provide the perfect ending to the experience.

For an even more memorable celebration, guests can order the restaurant’s signature dish, Hokkaido Sea Urchin with Gamberoni Prawn, at an additional cost.
