You cross a small garden-cum-olive grove to get to this romantic and elegant restaurant situated on the enchanting Isola dell Rose, a private island accessible only by boat. Here, the chef delights guests with local and seasonal ingredients (often from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden), which he transforms into dishes with a modern twist. In the evening, tempting aperitif snacks based on reinterpretations of typical Venetian “cicchetti” are also available.
