Situated just outside the historic centre, this modern and spacious restaurant is the gourmet address that Recanati has been waiting for. The young, talented chef at the helm in the kitchen reinterprets the traditions of the Marche (especially meat) with skill and imagination, combining these with the occasional influence from his time in Piedmont.
