Located in the renowned Galerias Ritz at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, Kabuki Lisboa was the first of the group’s ventures outside Spain. This is a far from ordinary restaurant given the strong relationship that the Portuguese have always had with the sea and the historical fact that they were the first Europeans to establish contact with Japan. Its elegant dining rooms, laid out over three floors with a contemporary design, offer several dining options: a bar for cocktails, digestifs and a business-style menu; a main room (on the floor below) featuring a sushi bar serving sashimi, usuzukuri, nigiris, makis etc; and a bright space on the top floor where guests can order a menu (lunch only) dedicated to a different ingredient each day. Japanese-Mediterranean cuisine based around the very best Portuguese ingredients.
