This elegant and contemporary restaurant, with a separate entrance from the hotel and an open-view kitchen, is the gourmet dining space in the renovated Hotel Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisboa and is the perfect setting for an experience that will linger long in the memory.
Taking its name from the word “curadoria” (or “curatorship” as in an artistic sense), it provides the backdrop for chef Pedro Pena who, along with his staff, adds a bright personal touch to his contemporary haute cuisine, yet with an apparent simplicity that involves using few, and mainly local and seasonal, ingredients. Guests can choose between three highly interesting tasting menus: Meia Cura, Origens, and the vegetarian Raízes.
