Many years ago, when he relaunched the family business, Xavier Alazard went to meet Michelin-starred chefs to make them taste his olive oil. At Une Table au Sud, in Marseille, he met Ludovic Turac. Since then, their complicity has only been growing. These two share many qualities: passion, pragmatism, love of a job well done... Their complicity is obvious, as is the respect that each has for the work of the other. Representatives of the young generation, well rooted in their time (Ludovic Turac participated in Top Chef in 2011), the two men combine their talents on a daily basis to achieve culinary excellence.
