Mono-bis proclaims a new concept in French cuisine: ‘French Gozen’, a fusion of Japanese teishoku (set meal) and French prix fixe. Dishes such as Bouillabaisse Gozen and Hamburg Rossini Gozen fill the menu. Dinner starts with a consommé as the appetiser. Main dishes come with butter rice or seasonal takikomi-gohan.
