Rebranded in 2023, La D’oro now offers a single season-driven omakase menu that changes every two months. Hailing from Tokyo, Japan, the owner-chef Sasaki honed his skills in Italy. His ambitious, kappo-style cooking effortlessly blends Italian traditions with Japanese influences, delivering complex, original creations underpinned by modern techniques.
