EMP Summer House Returns to the Hamptons

Reservations go live today via the pop-up’s website.

As if you needed another excuse to journey to the Hamptons for a weekend getaway, the team at Eleven Madison Park is bringing back their Summer House pop-up to East Hampton. Partnering with American Express, the more casual offshoot of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant—which first opened last year during EMP's renovations—will officially open for the season at 341 Pantigo Road on May 25.

An à la carte menu will be offered in the property’s indoor dining room, covered patio and backyard (which is for walk-ins only). Pasta dishes like linguine with clams and mains such as poached lobster with corn and avocado and wood-fired rib eye for two can be found on the dining room menu.

Those looking to lounge on the patio can opt for more relaxed fare, like the dry-aged cheeseburger, lobster roll with brown butter and the fancy Humm dog, featuring bacon, black truffle and celery, all of which are perfect for an afternoon cornhole session. A selection of flatbreads and snacks—think whipped fava hummus and burrata salad—are available both inside and out.

Can’t make it to Long Island this summer? Not to worry, West Coast-ers, EMP Winter House is coming to Aspen this December. (Stay tuned for details.)

Reservations are now officially available for American Express cardholders through the EMP Summer House website
