Turo's Drive to Table Brings Back the Art of the Road Trip

Cars with a side of cuisine.

Autumn is always the perfect time to head out on the road and explore. That's how our famously anonymous MICHELIN Guide Inspectors discover the gems within the selection, and now through December, Turo is offering their guests the opportunity to be their own inspector with the launch of Drive to Table. Starting on October 13 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET, Turo guests will be able to make their motoring and MICHELIN dreams come true with a series of exclusive experiences from some of Canada's top talent.

The Drive to Table series brings together Toronto chefs Rob Rossi of One MICHELIN Star Osteria Giulia and Steven Molnar of One MICHELIN Star Quetzal, and Vancouver's Joël Watanabe of One MICHELIN Star Kissa Tanto and J-C Poirier of One MICHELIN Star St. Lawrence for a modern mashup of car meets plate. Each chef hand-selected the vehicles on offer ranging from classic and stylish—think vintage Mercedes-Benz convertibles—to the directionally designed and innovative—the 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron. "Given the MICHELIN Guide's vast network of best-in-class Canadian chefs and Turo’s unrivaled vehicle selection, this partnership seamlessly combines our strengths to create unforgettable experiences for guests,” adds Cedric Mathieu, Senior Vice-President and Head of Turo Canada.

Those who opt for one of the chef-selected vehicles unlock exclusive dining and hospitality experiences. With your $250 one-day Turo reservation of an eligible Drive to Table vehicle, inclusive of free delivery within 25km of the restaurant, you’ll receive a chef-curated driving itinerary to explore during the day, then end your evening with dinner for two at the selected restaurant and a stay at a MICHELIN Guide Hotel (in Toronto, the Hazelton Hotel; in Vancouver, the Fairmont Pacific Rim).

"We are excited to expand our partnership with Turo, whose guests in Toronto and Vancouver are in for an exciting opportunity to eat, stay and explore in style,” says Cara Cornelius, Vice President of Food and Travel Experiences for Michelin Americas.
