Myomi’s second act, set in a gorgeous space with a view of Changdeokgung Palace, is an experience that diners eagerly await. Chef Kim Jeong-muk's use of Korean ingredients and cooking techniques remain unchanged, but the chef has added subtle new inflections to his dishes as the venue’s name Myomi (“subtle charm”) fittingly suggests. To sample these modern touches, opt for the restaurant's punch—a mixture of fruit syrup, radish water kimchi broth, as well as fresh fruit like peach and watermelon.
