The restaurant name (piselli means pea), is a homage paid by the owner to his former profession, as a farmer specialising in this vegetable rich in vitamin K. Specialising in Piedmont-inspired cooking, Piselli’s menu features a wide choice of delicious and well-presented fresh pastas, risottos, fish and meat dishes, including the standout millefeuille of polenta with mushrooms and grana padano.
