The new seafood restaurant of Le Séjour Café boasts a suitably "seaside bistro" decor, painted shades of teal and furnished with shelves, banquette seating and square tables. In the open kitchen to the rear of the compact dining area, your choice from the blackboard – seafood, wild fish, shellfish and crustaceans – will be cooked just right (eg home-made octopus soup, gamberoni ravioli, squid in parsley sauce). And, for dessert, let's not forget the hot and cold Menton lemon soufflé, a classic of the house.
