Chef Mathieu Pérou, who has worked in many Michelin-starred properties, skilfully combines fresh and elegant flavours in his beautifully presented dishes which he prepares using the region’s best ingredients. Front of house, his sister Anne-Charlotte oversees the highly professional service.
