Situated in the heart of the Gros district of the city, Alboka occupies the site of a former bar that has now been transformed into a simple bistro run by three young partners who trained at the Basque Culinary Center. The contemporary cuisine served here showcases vegetables sourced from small-scale local producers, as well as a number of dishes featuring fish and meat, all of which can be enjoyed in the main dining space or at the bar counter. One particular dish that caught our attention was the borage, flageolet green beans, scallops and green sauce.
