The chef fulfilled a childhood dream when he bought this cafe on the small village square. A passionate self-taught chef, he works hand in hand with his daughter, concocting simple, tasty dishes that do justice to fine local produce: rabbit and maki of haddock; plancha-grilled veal steak, chimichurri sauce; rum baba and pina colada sorbet. Served on the terrace, in the shade of a centennial tree.
