On the roof terrace of the Musée Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, this entirely glass-sided restaurant boasting interior and exterior architecture designed by Jean Nouvel overlooks the nearby Eiffel Tower. The menu, supervised by Alain Ducasse, is skilfully executed by talented chef Alexandre Sempere, a trusted collaborator.
