In the Clichy-Batignolles district, opposite Martin Luther King Park (King's wife was called Coretta), Mexican-born chef Beatriz Gonzalez, with stints in star-rated eateries of the likes of Senderens and La Grande Cascade, consummately curates a season-driven menu rich in big-boned generous flavours.
