Don’t be put off by learning that this restaurant is found in the basement of the Atlantis The Royal hotel, because it’s full of colour and always fun. Under the aegis of chef José Andrés, it offers a mouth-watering mix of great paellas from the wood-burning fire, fine Galician seafood and other prime Spanish produce – the tasting menu offers a great all-round experience. Be sure to take a table by the long waterfall on the lovely terrace, fringed by ancient Spanish olive trees.
